  • Film and television productions, including documentaries, fictionalized versions of actual event, speculation, and fiction, that are about the event or issues related to the event (for example, the movies Sully, United 93, Bowling for Columbine, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, and Hotel Mumbai), and
  • Political and policy positions, regulatory changes, or political campaign positions that are explicitly linked to one or more mass shooting or aviation events (for example, removing restrictions on the ownership of assault weapons or redesigning aircraft to include more secure cockpit doors).
